Reservation Policy

A security deposit of your first night's stay is required on all rooms at time of booking. Your card will be authorized in full for the balance due 1-3 days prior to arrival. If you need to change your payment method prior to arrival, you must call Great Pines in advance to change payment methods. 

Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the cancellation policy of Great Pines, if it becomes necessary to cancel or change this reservation, you have until 14 days prior to the check in date, you may cancel your reservation. If you cancel less than 14 days before the check in date you will forfeit your deposit of one night's stay. I hereby authorize Great Pines to charge my credit card for all amounts owed and charges occurred by myself or any of my guest. Early check outs will not receive any refund. 

Guests understand that when booking the Advanced Purchase/Non-Refundable Rate they will not be able to receive a refund for a cancellation under any circumstance.

If you need to cancel your reservation for ANY reason, please call us during business hours (7 am – 9 pm). You MUST receive a Cancellation Number to confirm we have canceled your stay.

Late Cancellation – Late cancellations are charged the full amount.

No-Show – If you do not check in or contact us by the check out time, you will be charged the full amount.

No Smoking Policy

All rooms are non-smoking and we strictly uphold this. Guests found smoking, vaping, or using marijuana in their rooms will be fined $250
