COVID POLICY
Please note that upon booking you assume all risk of potentially needing to cancel your reservation due to COVID-19 related illness. In that instance we will no longer be accommodating COVID illness related refunds outside of our regular policy. Going forward we will be making deposits potentially transferable (one time) as room credit on a case by case instance. We ask that for the safety of our community, team and other guests you do not travel if you or anyone else in your household has tested positive, had a direct exposure or been ill in the past 14 days. Thank you for your kind consideration as we continue to be wholly transparent and committed to your safe stay at our property!
GENERAL BOOKING POLICY
We require your first night stay to secure your room, note this is pre taxes and fees. This deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks prior to your stay. Within two weeks of your stay your deposit is forfeited. While we understand our winter guests are “snow motivated” we can NOT return deposits for weather related reasons. This policy exists out of high demand for our rooms and our limited staffing and planning needs. Please note other booking terms:
– Weekends are two night minimum in winter and summer seasons!
– Rates are loaded 6-8 months out. Any booking requests past that can be accomodated by emailing us a “room hold request” ([email protected]) we will review to see if room can be held for you. However it will not be guaranteed to be booked until 6-8 months out when rates are loaded. This is due to ensuring repeat guests, property takeover events and seasonal rentals are honored.

Parents of little adventurers? Set them up on their own cozy mattress and pup tent and reclaim the bed! Add the glamping package at check out here online for an additional $50! Quantities are limited and it is only available in King bed rooms. Recommended for ages 2-5
Our Amenities
Our Year Round amenities include a hot coffee setup in the morning with fruit, granola bars, oatmeal packets and other grab and go goodies! High Speed WIFI, all room heat and AC, Direct TV and a common area Great Room for relaxing. Our front covered porch off of the great room is also shared and available to all guests! In the summer we offer use of our kayaks, SUP boards, sandy beach and sunbathing dock. There is also a great walking and biking path across the road from our property. For guests with boat trailers we allow on property parking in our middle and upper lots. Soon we will be adding a fenced in dog park to our property! There are two fire pits on property equipped with ADK chairs, one by the Mountainside building and one by the lake. Guests are encouraged to bring their own firewood and utilize these shared spaces at anytime during their stay! Our property is located right on the lake 4 miles from downtown Inlet and 8 miles from downtown Old Forge so you get the best of both worlds with nearby eateries, shops, beaches and parks!
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE IN SHOULDER SEASON (NOV+DEC AND APRIL+MAY) While we do book rooms 365 days a year, during shoulder season many of our amenities and the restaurant ARE CLOSED as is much in our area. This is reflected in the current discounted rates. As we strive for a perfect stay 100% of the time please contact us to gain perspective on what is available on property and in town! Lodge Lake View King

Lodge Mountain View King Suite: Twin Pullout
King room located on the second floor of our historic main lodge. Room features single entry with King bed, then separate room with second TV and pull out twin bed. Bathroom has stand up shower. View is out of the mountain facing side of the building (no lakeview). This is a great room for families with 1 older child or 2 smaller children! *Note Lodge rooms are not pup friendly and do not have dressers but do have closets
Lodge Mountain View King Suite: Queen Pullout
King room in mountain view side of our historic main lodge (no lakeview). Located on the second floor complete with shower bathroom, King bed and additional room with closed door entry with second TV and queen pullout bed. Both bedrooms have ability to have separate entry but share bath. *Note Lodge Rooms are not pup friendly
Courtside 2 Double Beds
Room located in Courtside Building which runs perpendicular to the shore of Fourth Lake. Complete with two double beds, a covered porch area for sitting while viewing the lake! These rooms feature all brand new furnishings including custom handmade cedar log furniture, Meyda Tiffany light fixtures, Cuddledown bedding and pillows, Serta Majesty Mattresses and eco-friendly bath amenities. These rooms have all been renovated to create a home-like comfort with a modern Adirondack look and feel. Each room is equipped with Samsung flat screen 1080p TV’s with full direct-TV packages. Wireless internet is accessible across the property, in rooms, common areas and outdoor spaces for convenient use and access for all guests. Dog Friendly!
Courtside 2 Double Bed: Lakeview
Located in Courtside Building which runs perpendicular to the shore of Fourth Lake, this is our end unit which has spanning lakeview. Complete with two double beds. a covered porch area for sitting while viewing the lake! These rooms feature all brand new furnishings including custom handmade cedar log furniture, Meyda Tiffany light fixtures, Cuddledown bedding and pillows, Serta Majesty Mattresses and eco-friendly bath amenities. These rooms have all been renovated to create a home-like comfort with a modern Adirondack look and feel. Each room is equipped with Samsung flat screen 1080p TV’s with full direct-TV packages. Wireless internet is accessible across the property, in rooms, common areas and outdoor spaces for convenient use and access for all guests. Dog friendly!
Courtside King Jacuzzi Suite
Located directly across from the Courtside Double Rooms the Jacuzzi King rooms are perfect for your romantic getaway. In addition to the in-room Jacuzzi tub these rooms feature all brand new furnishings including custom handmade cedar log furnishings, Meyda Tiffany light fixtures, Cuddledown bedding and pillows, Serta Majesty King Mattresses and eco-friendly bath amenities. These rooms have all been renovated from top to bottom to create a home-like comfort with a modern Adirondack look and feel. Each room is equipped with Samsung flat screen 1080p TV with full direct-TV package. Wireless internet is accessible across the property, in rooms, common areas and outdoor spaces for convenient use and access for all guests. *Room 16 has spectacular in room lake views, rooms 14 and 15 have views of the lake from the outside covered porch *Rooms do have closets but are not equipped with dressers. Courtside King Jacuzzi Suite: Lakeview
Located directly across from the Courtside Double Rooms this Jacuzzi King room is perfect for your romantic getaway. In addition to the in-room Jacuzzi and sweeping lakeview, this room features all brand new furnishings including custom handmade cedar log furnishings, Meyda Tiffany light fixtures, Cuddledown bedding and pillows, Serta Majesty King Mattresses and eco-friendly bath amenities. This room has been renovated from top to bottom to create a home-like comfort with a modern Adirondack look and feel. It is the end unit of a shared covered porch with two ADK chairs overlooking the lake. Each room is equipped with Samsung flat screen 1080p TV with full direct-TV package. Wireless internet is accessible across the property, in rooms, common areas and outdoor spaces for convenient use and access for all guests.*Rooms do have closets but are not equipped with dressers. Dog friendly!
Lake View 2 Doubles
The Lake View rooms have 2 double beds in each room and have been newly renovated featuring custom handmade cedar log furnishings, Meyda Tiffany light fixtures Serta Majesty Mattresses and Cuddledown bedding. Each room comes equipped with eco-friendly bath amenities, a blow dryer, closet and a Samsung flat screen TV with Direct-TV. Each room walks out to a shared porch which overlooks scenic views of Fourth Lake. These rooms sleep four people. Note these rooms DO NOT have chairs outside on the deck but you are welcome to bring your own chairs! Dog friendly!
Mountain View 2 Queen
The Mountain View rooms have 2 Queen beds in each room and features custom handmade cedar log furnishings, Meyda Tiffany light fixtures Serta Majesty Mattresses and Cuddledown bedding. Each room comes equipped with eco-friendly bath amenities, a blow dryer and a Samsung flat screen TV with Direct-TV. These rooms sleep four people. *Rooms do have closets but are not equipped with dressers *Kindly note these rooms do not have a view of the lake. Note these rooms do not have chairs outside as there is not a deck but you are welcome to bring your own chairs, camping chairs work great! Dog Friendly!
Honeymoon Cabin
The Honeymoon Cabin is the perfect option for a romantic Adirondack getaway! It has an in-room Jacuzzi and fireplace. It features a small sitting area and couch, a pillow top Serta Majesty King Bed, Cuddledown comforter, pillows, and 700 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. This cabin also has a Samsung flat screen TV, luxury locally-made bathroom amenities from Beekman Boys and a private sitting area with two Adirondack chairs. The carefully crafted rich handmade Hickory furniture including headboard, desk, and end tables partnered with the luxurious red fleece throws are inspired by the Great Camp era. This cabin provides the seclusion necessary for a truly romantic lakeside Adirondack getaway! This cabin sleeps two in the King Bed and two more on the pull out Queen. Note this cabin DOES NOT have a lakeview. Dog friendly!
One Bedroom Cabin
The one bedroom Cabin has a living room and dining space with a private porch. Just steps away from the lake it is the perfect rustic cabin for a weekend retreat or a weeklong stay! This cabin features custom handmade cedar log furnishings, Meyda Tiffany light fixtures Serta Majesty King Mattress and Cuddledown bedding. It comes equipped with eco-friendly bath amenities, a blow dryer and a Samsung flat screen TV with Direct-TV. This cabin sleeps two in the King Bed and two more on the pull out Queen. *Please note there is a microwave, dining table, and mini fridge but no kitchen appliances. Dog Friendly!
Two Bedroom Cabin
This lovely two bedroom Cabin features a Queen Serta Majesty bed in one room and two twin beds in the second. There is also a pull out Queen bed in the shared living room and dining space with a front porch perfect for sunny afternoons. This rustic cabin is outfitted with custom handmade log cedar furnishings, Meyda Tiffany light fixtures and Serta Majesty Mattresses and Cuddledown bedding. The room comes equipped with eco-friendly bath amenities, a blow dryer and a Samsung flat screen TV with Direct-TV. *Please note there is a microwave, dining table, and mini fridge but no kitchen appliances. This room does not have a lakeview, if you are looking for a lake view room with a King bed the Lodge lakeview rooms would be the best fit! Dog Friendly!
